Palvelun kuvaus

Tämä retki vie sinut keskelle Pallas-Yllästunturin kansallispuistoa, Pyhätunturille. Ajamme Kotamajalle sähköpyörillä nauttien Ylläksen upeista pyöräreiteistä. Kotamajalta jatkamme matkaa jalkaisin Pyhäturille, mistä aukeavat upeat maisemat joka ilmansuuntaan. Kotamajalla sinulla on mahdollisuus nauttia maittava lounaskeitto (omakustanteinen) tai paistella vaikka makkarat kodalla. Takaisin ajamme kelin salliessa Kukastunturin yli takaisin Äkäslompoloon. Retken hinta sisältää pyörän ja ammattitaitoisen pyöräilyoppaan. Varaa mukaasi; juotavaa, pientä evästä ja kelin mukainen vaatetus (muistathan, että tunturissa on usein tuulista). Voimme räätälöidä tämän retken juuri sinun ryhmällesi sopivaksi! Kysy Lisää. This tour will take you to Pyhätunturi fell situated in the middle of the Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park. We will bike to Kotamaja wilderness cafe with eFatbikes. Along the way we enjoy the truly exceptional biking routes in the National Park.. At the wilderness cafe you can renew your energy levels with a bowl of tasty soup (at your own cost) or you can grill your sausages by the fire in the "kota", traditional Sami dwelling. After lunch we continue by foot to Pyhätunturi fell to admire the beautiful views in all directions. Returning to Äkäslompolo village we will bike over Kukastunturi fell, weather permitting. The tour price includes bike rent and a local competent biking guide. Take with you plenty to drink, snacks and suitable clothing; remember that it is typically rather windy on the fells. Number of participants: The tour is organized when there are a minimum of 2 participants. We want to keep the number of participants in the trips (max. 8-12 people) small enough to be able to guarantee the best experience for everyone. However, if you have a larger group than 8-12 people, we can also arrange excursions according to your needs on request. Private lessons are always possible. Cancellation or cancellation of the reservation For bookings canceled at least 2 days before the start of the booking, cancellation is free of charge. For bookings canceled 1 day or less before the start of the booking, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking value Cancellations must be made through a wix account, by email to sisuoutdoor@gmail.com or by phone at +358 400387772. Please note that cancellations must be made two days before 5pm within the time limits above. Notifications received later will be marked as arriving the next day. Cancellation must notify Sisu Outdoor immediately. In these cases, too, the above booking conditions apply. The customer participating in the program / service must be present in time, at least 5 minutes before the start of the program / service. The customer must make sure that they are leaving for the trip from the right place at the right time! Delay does not justify for a refund or to reorganize the trip. We reserve the right to make changes to hours / excursions based on weather conditions or customer safety. The service provider conducts its operations in accordance with Finnish laws and regulations, taking into account appropriate safety plans and health and safety standards. Osallistujien määrä: Retki järjestetään kun osallistujia on minimissään 2.  Haluamme pitää retkien osallistujamäärän (max. 8-12 hlö) tarpeeksi pienenä, jotta pystymme takaamaan parhaan kokemuksen kaikille. Jos teillä on kuitenkin isompi ryhmä kuin 8-12 henkilöä, pyynnöstä pystymme toteuttamaan myös tarpeidenne mukaan retket. Yksityistunnit ovat aina mahdollisia.  Varauksen peruuntuminen tai peruuttaminen vähintään 2 vrk ennen varauksen alkua perutuille varauksille peruutus on maksuton. 1 vrk tai lähempänä ennen varauksen alkua perutuille varauksille peruutuskulut ovat 100 % varauksen arvosta Peruutukset tulee tehdä wix-tilin kautta, sähköpostitse osoitteeseen sisuoutdoor@gmail.com tai puhelimitse +358 400387772. Huomioithan tehdä peruutuksen kaksi vuorokautta ennen klo 17 mennessä yllä olevien aikarajojen sisällä. Myöhemmin saapuneet ilmoitukset merkitään saapuviksi seuraavalle vuorokaudelle. Äkillisen sairauden tai perheessä tapahtuvan kuolemantapauksen tai muun matkaa estävän poikkeustilanteen varalta asiakkaan tulee varmistaa, että omat matka- ja tapaturmavakuutukset kattavat varauksen kulut, mikäli tapahtunut johtaa tarpeeseen peruuttaa varaus. Peruutuksesta tulee ilmoittaa välittömästi Sisu Outdoorille. Myös näissä tapauksissa noudatetaan yllä olevia varausehtoja. Ohjelmaan/palveluun osallistuvan asiakkaan tulee olla paikalla ajoissa, vähintään 5 min ennen ohjelman/lähdön alkua. Asiakkaan tulee varmistaa, että on lähdössä retkelleen oikeasta paikasta oikeaan aikaan! Myöhästyminen ei oikeuta rahanpalautukseen tai retken uudelleen järjestämiseen. Pidätämme oikeuden tehdä muutoksia tunteihin/retkiin sääolosuhteiden tai asiakkaiden turvallisuuden nojalla. Palveluntuottaja harjoittaa toimintaansa asianmukaiset turvallisuussuunnitelmat sekä terveys- ja turvallisuusstandardit huomioiden Suomen lakien ja asetusten mukaisesti.
